I have an easy going nature but one has to remember that I don't say YES to everything!!!! I treat other people in a way that I would like to be treated and because of that I find it easy to make friends and keep my friendship with others. Mutual respect and understanding is very important for me and I find it easy to discuss anything and everything with my friends. I love traveling, bush walking, swimming, visiting gym but I am not a gym junkie!!! Eating and living healthy is my way of living, reading going to theatres. Going into a National Park early in the morning and listening the morning chorus ( birds singing) is another thing that I enjoy enormously. I love a bit of wining and dining in front of a fire place at a cold night. Even if I don't agree with other people I still respect their opinion and I am expecting the same.

I like long lunches that are as much about conversation as the food, going to the cinema as well as having a game of dominoes or cards with a cup of tea. I also enjoy days out at the coast or even sitting in the garden on a sunny afternoon. The company is more important than the activity. Ester Rantzen said after she lost her husband that it is easy to find someone to do something with but hard to find someone to do nothing with. I am looking for that someone who it is easy to do nothing with. I have some mobility issues but am very independent and drive. I retired from work with the NHS in December 2022 but now volunteer 2 days a week at my local hospital. I also enjoy going out with my girlfriends and having weekends away with them.
