We - my son and I - lost Mum recently to a fatal cardiac arrest, a tradegy that fell out of the 'clearest of blue skies'
As a family, everything we had known and everything we were looking forward to, disappeared in that instant leaving us with a profound sense of shock, emptiness, loneliness and worry. As three became two a lot of the love, joy and fun, and breadth of our previous life simply vanished. We will stabilize and then rebuild our life to ultimately prosper again. We'll learn a lot about ourselves during this process taking less for granted, and appreciating more what we had and still have. We would like to find someone with whom to share our life and with whom to ultimately establish a nuclear family again. We know that this is what Mum would have wanted. She would not want us to be consumed by grief or to be hesitant, rather she would want us to chase every opportunity and thrive. We would like to find someone of a similar mindset to expand and enhance our lives, and clearly, we want to do the same for them! Thank you.
