I have reached retirement age, but like my elders we will not lie idle.
I have been used to a very active life. Until recently, I have been kept busy maintaining and creative in my acre of ground. The ground of an old school, with a proud local history. I transformed it into a homely guest house receiving guests from around the world, who have come to enjoy my playground, Snowdonia national park. I've walked or climbed most peaks, valley. I knew many of its secret places. prior to moving there, I used to walk, rock climb, windsurf and give instruction. Cycle explore and unwind. I had purpose in sharing my experiences. Now retired, I help out on the farm, but want to again share day to day experiences with a like minded lady. I enjoy the companionship of my dog. He gets me out and about daily.

As you can see I am a 76 year young at heart man who certainly does not feel or acts his age. When we are not restricted by the pandemic I play golf and bowls regularly, also walk most days weather permitting. Love my garden and spend a lot of time in it. Also like meals out, going to the pub and meeting friends, cinema, theater and gigs, also enjoy holidays in this country, abroad, and cruising, but by saying all that, it is never the same on your own.
What am I looking for! Someone to share those special moments with, the good and the bad, a friend, and companion, which hopefully could blossom into something more permanent!

I am a very active person who lives life to the full, I am equally happy being dressed up for a formal do, or in my scruff puttering about in my garden
