I totally think that there is some starry eyed ladies out there. when it get to our age gone to some extent are the six packs, if they ever existed and to say the least many of our best years have gone, some of us still keep fit but it is not possible for others, grey hair comes pretty much as standard where we still have hair that has not been pulled out.
