Reasonably happy and easy going. Widower, having been married a few months short of 60 years. I enjoy good company and conversation. I like jazz and belong to a jazz club in the Latrobe Valley. I am happy listening to most genres of music, including Country, Ballads, Jazz, Swing and Blues, and of course Pop and some Rock Music. I enjoy driving through the mountains or along the coast, stopping and looking at the great views one sees along the journey. I stay at Rhyll, on Phillip Island, quite regularly and the drive through the Strezlecki Ranes en route is quite spectacular. I enjoy the cinema and theatre. On TV I watch the news, films, documentaries, and quality serial dramas. Reading a good book is another of my personality traits. I am generous, kind, caring and endeavour to negotiate away from an argument, but definitely will stand my ground. Usually one needs to conclude discourse by reaching a point of compromise.
