Looking for a Companion
This is always the hardest part and I prefer others do it for me. I am fairly easy going and get along with most people with integrity. I have a definite dad-bod and could benefit from losing some weight. I am not low or high energy but respond to the moment. Flexible and probably defer to my partner too much but if she really wants something and I want another I don't find it necessary to not agree with her choice. Short 5'6" and not opposed to taller woman but it is nicer to be on eye level with my partner. Since being single I have found an improved level of adult relationship with my daughter. I am a dog person and have an elderly Lab which saddens me as she will not be around much longer. I've always had dogs but at 67 getting a puppy may be too optimistic. Probably will get an older rescue Lab if I can. I became a cat person later in life as my ex brought her cats and she couldn't take them when we split. I never knew cats and dogs could get along so well. I am not retired but work 3 to 4 days a week from home and love what I do and don't plan to retire as I think I would just be a couch potato and fade away. I try to workout regularly on my Peloton but I had Covid several months ago and still cannot do as much workout wise due to getting tired easily but it is slowly improving. I'd like to find a companion that is laid back and enjoys hanging by the pool and relaxing for down time, going to shows, movies and small music venues. Can't do the arena concerts anymore EXCEPT I have tickets for Springsteen this fall. He's about the only act I will do that anymore but have been to many great concerts over the years. Being from the Philadelphia area I am an avid Philly sports fan and Sundays during football season is for the Eagles. Can't think of anything more to write...........
